Exercise for Weight Loss

Our legs aren't designed to dangle from our butts as we sit on chairs! We've created as many things as possible to allow us to sit on our arses as much as we possibly can.

Chairs, couches, planes, trains, buses, cars and taxis along with elevators aand escalators have all helped us to do as little as possible no matter what it is we are doing.

Those with kids know how hard it is to get a child to sit still. They have an in built understanding that they are designed to be moving and exercising. But through technology we are finding ways to get kids absorbed into staying still earlier and earlier. This is leading towards people that are grossly overweight and unhealthy by the time they are in their 20's.

A sedentary lifestyle basically slows down the bodies metabolic pathways. This essentially means that the body can not detoxify itself as effeciently as it should. In todays toxic world that is a disaster waiting to happen. 

We all start out being young and healthy and vibrant. The one common factor in aging and disease is that once we become adults and start having lots of responsibilities and stress, we do less and less exercise or no exercise at all. 

Unfortunately the only cure for not exercising is to start exercising. No matter what weight you are, how sick you are and how hard it seems, exercise is one of the biggest contributors to health gains and weight loss when incorporated with detoxification and lifestyle changes.
